"speech!"
Just looking at the silhouette of the city left a sour taste in the fox's mouth and a sinking feeling in her stomach. Luckily, Bijoux was headed away from the city, towards a place that was far from resembling her old home, but certainly made her more comfortable. As the shadow of the city faded and was slowly covered by the trees, the stress seemed to melt away. Despite the strange feeling of pine needles under her paws, she could easily call this place home.
And she was planning to. When she had first ventured int the city the first time, she was welcomed by the strange but very friendly duo of Twix and Filatweet. They were both lovely and she welcomed their company. Bijoux vaguely remembered the pair telling her that they lived in a cabin, in the forest. She had never gotten the chance to see it for herself, however, so she had no idea where she was going. She wasn't even sure if they were still there, or even in Hexasol period.
The small fox slowed her pace for a moment to glance over her shoulder. The image of the city was completely gone at this point, and had been for a small while now. With a near silent sigh, she started padding through the needles again. The sun was just beginning to set by the time she emerged from the bushes and trees, and into a clear where a wooded building stood, rotten and neglected. Knowing there was a small chance this could have been their cabin, Bijoux didn't get her hopes up. She did need somewhere to sleep for the night, so she decided on settling down here, since it was right there, and she really didn't want to be caught by something bigger with nowhere to go. With a deep breath, she made her way inside.
