Working through the night Okay, so the Lexis members are training how to fight. We will have three separate threads with one member being the leader of each thread.
The Characters: Violet - leader of the training session Kezz Alonso ( FATE ) Mella @chemistry Claudius @cryptic Alice @sanura
So Violet (and Alice) will be the characters to teach the others how to fight against their enemies. I expect lots of juicy plotties <3
As the title suggests, this thread will be taking place over the night.

VIOLET Harsh green eyes glared though the darkness, a pale golden tail twitching impatiently around four neatly placed paws. They were late, not that Violet was particularly surprised; they were Lexis, they did not and would not fully understand the meaning of battle training. Not until she had whipped them into shape that was. It would be wrong to say the small feline respected Celia and her other tribe members but she had no choice, this was the only way to get back at them for humiliating her and exiling her from the pride. They hadn't even given her the chance to explain herself, they threw her from their realm in a matter of moments and so she had been forced to scrape a ragged existence. Alonso had discovered the young queen in a terrible state, not that Violet enjoyed remembering those days of weakness, instead she tried to pretend she had been doing him a favour by providing him companionship. The Labrador was the only person in this world Violet felt remotely close to, and even he wound up her nerves. It had taken the dainty cat a long time to learn how to control her hot, violent temper, and even now she struggled with the urge to turn on her supposed pack mates of Lexis. True, she was intrigued by Celia but deep down Violet knew they were merely part of her master plan. The lioness had something up her sleeve, she just knew it and for that reason she did not trust her in the slightest. Still, Vi was no fool and knew Celia could cast her out of the Tribe at any time if she stepped too far out of line, and this would never do. She had a plot of her own but less of that now, time to focus on the training ahead. She rose to her smooth, agile paws and padded down from the airplane flight-steps and onto the cooling tarmac, there Violet sat and waited in her cold silence.
ooc: short but ah well ^^ i'm not sure how to play her yet, what's going on with her past or her personality so PLEASE bear with me.

"Talk the talk"
When Celia had announced her intent to have Lexis attack the other packs, Claudius had reacted with disbelief. Disbelief because the notion was so different from what Lexis had done in the past, but because he found himself agreeing with her reasoning, something he was loathe to admit. Finding out he was now supposed to learn how to fight from a girl only a little over half his own age did not help any. This was an insult. It wasn't like he was an untrained novice. In Claudius's younger years, his father had--thank goodness, since heaven knew his mother knew nothing about that kind of thing--passed some of his skills to him before getting killed. He had little faith anything Violet taught could top what he'd already learned.
So why was the shepherd bothering to attend the training session? To see for himself whether the she-cat was even good enough to train others? Pretty much. If it got too bad, he imagined he could always step in to help. If it didn't, he might do that anyways. Not to mention, he was curious to see how his fellow tribe members would do.
By the time Claudius arrived, he was late but better late than never. Even so, he took his sweet time walking across the tarmac. To his surprise, he was the second to arrive. He took in at a glance the way she sat there and deciding that she must have been waiting for awhile. Maybe everyone else had gone to sleep and forgotten about coming. Great. He heaved a sigh. So much for assessing everyone else's skills. "Is it just us then?" was his only greeting as he settled down a few steps away.

{ ALONSO
Late. Alonso was considerably late to the beginning of battle training, which he hated. Though battle training wasn't exactly his cup of tea, he knew Violet would be there teaching and for that reason alone he had planned to be on time. He swore he'd left early enough but then again, he's never been a super fast dog either. It was day, which only hindered his sight to a minimum, but that was the only time this could ever really take place. Really, he had no idea how they planned to go about this; teaching him to fight would be one hard and hilarious task that's for sure. For Violet though, he planned to try his hardest and perhaps show off if he could. Alonso would tell anyone and everyone that Violet is by far his closest friend. Ever since he found Violet a far ago, he's actually felt like he's not really alone. Even though he get the to often see the rough side of Violet, their friendship - the ranting, anger, and etc; Alonso just doesn't mind. He actually finds it refreshing , her unpredictable ways because he's always been the happy go lucky dog in the group. Handling her madness, disturbs his normal personality and he likes it. A happy go lucky dog and a snappy, moody cat, that's a unique pair most definitely.
The snap of a twig, announced his arrival to the scene. Just as he emerged out of the darkness, he heard a familiar voice. "Is it just us then?", the voice turned out to be from Claudius. Alonso padded in further, made eye contact with Claudius before responding. "Including me, now." he replied. "Surely the others will be here soon, maybe they were like me and thought they moved faster. That or they have the mind set that this is where being fashionably late applies.", he chuckled. His eyes flew to Violet and when eye contact was made, he smiled and nodded. He was glad his best friend was teaching it. It'd be a rough time, no doubt there but Alonso knew she'd be a wonderful teacher. She'd whip them all into shape, tonight would be exciting.
[HORRIBLE. Sorry.]

Alice
Alice looked up. It was a beautiful night and silky-looking black sky was filled with shiny little stars. She looked around. She knew she had a training session to attend. And she was late. Again. Arriving late wasn't her characteristic, but she sure did it a lot in the last few days. She slowly started walking. If somebody told her, that she had to train some Lexis pack members, she would laugh at that feline or canine and declare he or she is going mad. But this was reality. Alice thought training was a great idea, but she was still well-aware of Celia. She didn't trust her-not yet. Lioness had yet to prove Alice, that she was worth of her trust. As for Violet, the cat she was selected to co-teach with..well..she trusted her even less.
Oh, just forget about it... Alice remembered the day she met Violet on the street. She was exiled from Iris Pride. But, why? She had to do something terrible. Alice was suspicious of her, and it looked like Violet didn't like Alice that much either. But she pushed thoughts like that in the back of her head. She didn't want to make any enemies-not yet. She finally arrived to the airport. She always liked this place-she found big abandoned machines fascinating. She immediately spotted an lightly colored cat with sharp green eyes. Violet. She didn't look pleased. It wasn't her fault, though. It looked like two dogs were late either. She turned her attention to the two canines in front of her. One of them was Claudius. Oh, great. I wonder if he will accept female cat as a leader. The other one was brown lab, Alonso, if she remembered correctly. "Hello. What a beautiful night, isn't it" blue feline revealed her presence loudly. She trotted to Violet and sat by her side."If I understood correctly, I'll help you with teaching, hm?" Alice said friendly.
